How it works

Real Weather is an innovative system for real-time display of weather-forecasts realistically simulating the weather condition of selected locations. The most original feature of RealMeteo is to make possible not only the display of text, logos and graphic forms, but also to generate photorealistic simulations of the areas with the forecasted weather condition. Realmeteo have a fully customizable graphics, text, logos, and photo-real simulations.

Through the Internet, a server that constantly updates RealMeteo, processes data every 6 hours and generates from these new simulated weather condition and puts them on the air.

RealMeteo at a glance:

• Is able to generate and display both realistic simulations of weather conditions on specific sites (with accuracy of 15 km radius), and classic symbolic graphics, animated with the map of the geographical area chosen;
• You can select the exact amount of information displayed, according to a forecast in the range of +12, +24, +36, +48 or +72 hours;
• Provides an output that is generated in real time, which can be scheduled and displayed automatically, or manually programmed via keyboard and/or mouse
• You can add to the playlist other content (such as commercials, jingles, promos, etc...).

RealMeteo also offers the possibility to be integrated into any LAN or ingestion automatic playout, enabling integration into broadcast scheduler machines. The machine has native 1080i HD resolution, can provide HD-SDI, SD-SDI, Component HD / SD and composite video with digital audio, analog and embedded outputs.
